Senior Manager, New Product Development

As a Senior Manager, New Product Development, you are part of a team shaping the future of innovation at Fazer Bakeries Finland. You lead a team of Bakery Finland’s Product Developers and manage the innovation pipeline within Fresh bread portfolio.

The role combines team leadership with hands on impact. You work closely with the business, Group R&D, Fazer Mills and relevant external partners to translate consumer insights into commercially successful products. You understand the role of both new products as well as product renovations and you take pride in securing high quality outcome across the Bakery team’s work. As a part of the role, you lead the ongoing development program for FBFI raw materials and product formulations. 

You take part in developing bakery technologies and processes that enable future growth. You lead and develop your NPD team with clear direction, strong focus and execution power, setting the pace and energy that turn ambition into tangible outcomes.
