Controller, Fazer Retail Sweden

Take responsibility for finance in Fazer Retail Sweden, a unique opportunity to lead, develop, and grow. This comprehensive country controller role gives you full ownership of all core finance processes and direct influence on business decisions. Onboarding and ongoing support are provided by the current role holder, your manager, and the Swedish country organization, with the country manager as a key partner in your daily work. The position is located in Stockholm Skogås, Sweden, where we work mainly onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Full ownership of finance for Fazer Retail Sweden, including P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Supporting business decisions and collaborating closely with the country manager and local team
• Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Month-end and year-end closing, internal controls, and audit support
• Data harmonisation and financial systems super user tasks (SAP, Power BI, Winbag, Tcpos)

The base salary of this position is between 48500 - 53500 SEK / month depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate. This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 10 % of annual salary.  In addition, we offer a range of benefits including for example discounts to Fazer products and well-being benefits.

What you'll bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong analytical mindset and a business-oriented approach. You are proactive, efficient, and systematic in your work, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working independently and taking initiative, but you also value teamwork and collaboration. You have at least two years of experience in controlling or finance roles and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SAP FICO, Cognos Planning Analytics, Winbag, Tcpos, or Basware are highly valued and curiosity towards AI is considered as advantage.
