In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business and brand decision-making by turning consumer, shopper and market data into meaningful actions that drive growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
You will work closely with brand managers, category leads, marketing leadership and the Group Consumer Insights team, as well as external research and data partners. You will report to the FC BU Head of Chocolate. This is a permanent role, located in Vantaa where we work mainly onsite at our office.

You recognize the significance of customer focus and have insights into consumer preferences and market trends. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of consumer insights, research experience, and a strong passion for tracking trends and proven ability to translate research and data into business-relevant actions and recommendations. It is preferred that you possess 5-10 years’ experience of working in a marketing insight position with focus on insight generation and foresight to support marketing and sales, and you have hands-on experience with analytics and research tools such as SPSS, Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics or similar) and panel/market data sources (e.g., NielsenIQ, Kantar). Experience working with POS data and marketing mix modeling (MMM) inputs is considered an advantage.
We value teamwork - you are an effective team player with experience in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders and presenting insights to different audiences. You are comfortable working with market data, brand tracking, POS/MMM inputs and linking analysis to decisions and have strong project management skills. Strong communicational skills in English are must (other languages are a plus).
