You will support your colleagues in various procurement processes and projects such as RFx-processes, supplier approval, contracting, procurement reporting and market price forecasting. You may also be responsible for nominated suppliers, categories and projects. Your main procurement tools are e.g. Excel, Power Point, Power BI, CMS, Scanmarket, Sievo, Planning Analytics and Mintec.
In addition, driving cost optimization, quality improvement, product development, sustainability initiatives and various strategical projects will be a central part of this role. You will support all Fazer business units, and readiness to travel occasionally is essential.
This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year starting in June 2026. You will be joining a team of dedicated Logistics and Packaging Material professionals, while also providing support to colleagues across other Procurement teams. Location of this position is in Vantaa, Finland where we work mainly on-site.

The base salary for the role is 3,000 - 3,600 €/month depending on the selected candidate’s expertise and previous work experience. The roles are eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 8 % of annual salary. Success in this role requires excellent team player and analytical skills. Having technical or commercial knowledge and a good grasp of procurement processes and tools is advantageous, although not essential for success.
Your approach is efficient, analytical, structured and you have a sharp eye on details. You are skilled at summarising and presenting complex subjects in reporting and stakeholder communications. You quickly build networks and form connections with others and adapt easily in multicultural environment.
In addition, we expect you to be a service-minded positive team player with a can-do attitude. In this position fluent English is mandatory, while Finnish is advantage.
