You drive the development and implementation of supplier quality management across Fazer Group. You ensure that supplier approval, auditing, performance evaluation, and corrective action processes are applied consistently and continuously improved.
You will work at the heart of supplier management, collaborating with Business Units, sites, and suppliers across our international value chain.
What you will be responsible for:
• Develop and continuously improve supplier quality management practices
• Own the supplier approval process for raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing
• Lead the supplier audit programme, including planning, execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement
• Support Procurement and Business Units in managing claims, deviations, and corrective actions
• Manage supplier performance evaluations and follow up on vendor rating trends
• Maintain supplier approval lists and certification information
• Develop systems, tools, KPIs, data analysis, and reporting related to supplier quality
• Provide quality expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and procurement decision-making
This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year starting in June 2026, joining the Procurement community as a valued contributor. The position is based in Vantaa, offering collaboration, trust, and meaningful connection with colleagues and leaders.
The role includes moderate travel within the Nordics and Europe to visit suppliers.

You have:
* A Master’s degree in Food Science or another relevant field
* Experience in supplier quality management and supplier auditing
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and certification schemes (e.g. GFSI, ISO 9001)
* Clear and confident communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
