In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Fazer’s net sales reporting within the business areas of Confectionery and Lifestyle Foods is correctly recorded and recognized for Swedish and international customers. Important part of this is to ensure that the rebate and price process flows smoothly and by being key player in the go-to-market process from local Finance point of view. You are also contributing on finance operations support in Fazer subsidiaries Internationally and managing and monitoring credit controls in your responsibility area. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Finance, Logistics and KAMs in commercial teams. In this role you’ll report to Director, Finance, Fazer Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning, managing and developing rebate process (trade spend process) incl. analyses of actual and estimated trade spend levels
• Updating and monitoring SAP customer prices and developing the price process.
• PowerBI-reporting development
• Owning and managing credit control process for Sweden and international customers.
• Finance operations support for Fazer subsidiaries Internationally.

The position is preferably located in Stockholm, Sweden or other possible location is Vantaa Finland. We work mainly onsite. The position requires travelling occasionally.

The base salary of this position is between 47 000 – 52 000 SEK / month if located in Sweden and 4100 – 4700 € / month if located in Finland depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate. 

This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 10% of annual salary. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including for example discounts to Fazer products and well-being benefits.

What you’ll bring to the team

You have already gained some experience in finance processes and accounting and finance systems. Experience from FMCG is favourable. You have strong knowledge in excel and you are good with modern finance technology and tools, especially knowledge of SAP, PowerQuery and PowerBI is an advantage. You have hands-on, process-oriented and a very structured and organized approach and you plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and deadlines. You have strong analytical skills and you manage well complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. You are a positive team player with a proactive and self-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills. You are eager to learn, bring up your own ideas and dare to challenge the existing practices. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Your proficiency is based on a suitable bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance or similar.
