We are seeking newly graduated - or soon to graduate - team players with a higher academic degree to take this first step towards a career at Fazer. Our Graduate Program offers you a unique growth path by giving you the possibility to learn and challenge yourself. You will grow as a professional and gain valuable experience and memorable moments while expanding your professional network in one of the most iconic consumer brands in the Nordics. Program duration is two years and it provides a permanent position with all Fazer employee benefits. Graduate Program has three distinct tracks: Business, Finance and IT. 

Business Graduate track

Business Graduate Track offers three 8‑month rotations across marketing, sales, and finance. One of the rotations takes place abroad in one other Fazer location in Scandinavia or Baltics. Ideal candidate holds a M.Sc. degree, in marketing, business management, international business, or similar commercial field.  The programme is ideal for those who aspire to build a commercial career, enjoy working with brands, sales, customers, and business development, and are motivated to make a meaningful impact on the company’s commercial achievement. Previous international experience or internships can be considered an advantage. 

The track starts in September 2026. After the programme, Business Graduates move into expert roles within commercial functions such as sales or marketing. 

Finance Graduate track

The Finance Graduate Track features four assignments, each lasting 5–7 months, during which graduates gain broad finance experience across areas such as business controlling, financial controlling, treasury, accounting, or M&A. Ideal candidates hold a M.Sc. degree in accounting, finance & control, industrial management, supply chain management, business analytics, business or economics, or similar. Strong analytical skills are essential, as the role requires interpreting data, influencing business decisions through numbers, and acting as a proactive business partner. This programme suits those looking to build a career in corporate finance & control and enjoy working at the intersection of business performance, finance, and strategic decision-making. Finance and accounting internships or study projects, plus familiarity with analytics tools, are an advantage. 

The track starts in June 2026. After the programme, graduates move into expert roles e.g. within business controlling. 

IT Graduate track

IT Graduate Track includes rotations within strategic IT programs such as ERP S/4 HANA transformation, giving graduates broad exposure to how technology supports and transforms Fazer’s business. Rotations include areas such as data, processes, program management and testing. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in business, information technology or systems, or engineering. Role is optimal for candidates who enjoy creating business impact through technology and improving business processes by developing smart and efficient technical solutions. Strong analytical skills are an advantage, as well as familiarity with analytics tools and previous experience from IT internships or job roles. 

The track starts in June 2026. After completing the program graduates start in expert roles within one of Fazer’s IT teams.

The role in question is a salaried position under the collective agreement for salaried employees in the food industry. The base salary of this position is 3800 € / month. This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 8 % of annual salary. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including for example discounts to Fazer products and well-being benefits such as ePassi, gym, occupational healthcare and staff recreational club Kafa ry.

All our graduate positions are located in Vaarala, Vantaa, where we mainly work onsite.

What will you bring to the team?

You are a development-minded team player with solid analytical competence. You have good collaboration and interpersonal skills combined with competence and mindset to develop business and yourself. You act proactively with high ambition to grow as a professional, even though you know it sometimes takes stamina and resilience to get there. 

• You have completed or will soon complete your first academic M.Sc. degree relevant for the specialization you are applying for with no more than two years since graduation.
• You are willing and able to regularly rotate between roles, teams, and even locations. 
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are a must.
