Summer Accountant, Accounts Payable

 We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance Operation for the summer period of 2026. Ideally, you are in the final stages of your Financial Accounting studies, and you are eager to apply your academic knowledge in practice and gain practical experience in a corporate environment. 

In Accounts Payable, you take part in verifying invoice data, monitoring stakeholder inquiries, process supplier invoices and other selected tasks. You contribute to ensuring that processes run according to schedules and guidelines. You solve challenges both independently and with the support of your team members. Together with your colleagues, you act as a contact point for our stakeholders. 

The position is located in Vantaa, Vaarala, where we primarily work on site. Position is full time and sets between June-August 2026. 

What will you bring to the team?  

You should have a basic understanding of AP processes and accounting principles, based on your studies or previous work experience. You have hands-on attitude, proactive and future-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively both within the team and stakeholders. Good command in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt new software are an advantage.  

Since we support Fazer companies and business units in various countries, good English skills are needed, along with Finnish. Strong Swedish language skills are highly valued.

This role is a salaried position under the ETL/Pro Food Industry collective agreement. The base salary of this position is between 2500 – 3000 €/ month depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate.
