Senior Sales Manager, Export

As Senior Sales Manager, Export, you will play a central role in driving Fazer’s international growth within our Cereals Business Unit. In this position, you’ll lead the commercial development of strategic export markets—particularly in Asia—by owning sales planning, building strong customer relationships, and securing profitable, sustainable growth. This position can be based either in Vantaa, Lahti or Stockholm.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new customers and partners.
  • Prepare sales plans and budgets in close collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Execute commercial plans and deliver profitable growth in target export markets.
  • Drive pricing, contracting and commercial negotiations, including profitability calculations.
  • Work closely with key accounts we already have across Asian markets.

In addition, you will lead strategic planning and business development in assigned markets, with Asia as a key focus region. You will identify and onboard new customers and partners, develop customer and product offering concepts together with cross‑functional teams, and manage end‑to‑end customer relationships through events, seminars, and tailored engagement initiatives. You will also conduct sales and profitability analyses and monitor market and category trends to support continuous commercial development.

We expect you to have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, International Business, Food Technology, Milling or a similar relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience; proven experience in international export sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, sales and contract management skills and demonstrated ability to develop business with diverse customer types.

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of a local language as well as German, Swedish or Asian language skills are considered assets. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.
