Senior Manager, Capex and MRO, Group Procurement

You will manage procurement activities within the MRO category and selected investment projects. In this role, you will play a key part in driving procurement initiatives that deliver added value to our Business Units. You will prioritize and execute procurement tasks in alignment with our procurement policy, ensuring compliance while enabling stakeholders to achieve their plans.

Together with stakeholders, you will develop and implement the category strategy, strengthen the supplier network, and build long-term relationships. Among other responsibilities, you will lead tendering processes and supplier negotiations, ensuring the best value for the Fazer Group and supporting sustainability goals. During peak periods, you may also provide support in related indirect categories when needed, acting in the best interest of Fazer.

You will be a member of the Fazer’s procurement community. The location is in Vantaa head office where we work mainly onsite. Some travelling is required to successfully manage this position.

What will you bring to the team?

We are looking for a passionate procurement professional with an international background and experience in MRO and Capex Procurement. You are a hard-working individual with curiosity and capability to learn complex topic. Strong project management skills and an analytical approach, combined with a proactive and goal-focused attitude, are essential. You are a result-driven decision-maker, a loyal colleague, and a good team player with excellent communication skills. Your genuine interest in supporting the business operations, along with supplier relationship management skills, helps you achieve results. Your professionalism is backed by at least five years of procurement experience and a degree in economics or technical field. You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of other company languages is considered an asset.
