Specialist, Cash Management & Treasury Back Office

in Finance Operations

As one of our team member is transitioning to new internal opportunities within Finance Operations, we are looking for a motivated and development-oriented finance professional. You will work as a Specialist in the Cash Management & Treasury Back Office team, where we provide financial services, primarily Cash Management services, to Fazer Group companies. In this position, the key focus is on delivering efficient and accurate services to our internal customers. On a broader level, this role will be part of our Finance Operations.

You will be responsible for daily tasks related to payment transactions and Treasury Back Office together with your team members. These processes include, for example, handling bank statements, processing payment transactions, reconciling bank statements, short-term cash forecasting, as well as month-end tasks and reporting. In your role, you are additionally capable of utilizing your skills in other areas of our Finance Operations when needed.

In this role, you will be in constant interaction with colleagues and internal partners both within the Finance Operation and in our customer companies. Collaboration also takes place continuously with banks and other external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where both projects and routines are present. In your role, you are a valued and important part of our finance community, belonging to the Cash Management & Treasury Back Office team.

We work mainly onsite, and our physical location is in Vaarala, Vantaa. In this permanent position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Cash Management & Accounts Receivable.
