Trainee, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Are you eager to start your career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment? We are looking for a motivated Trainee to join our TA team from January 7th to April 30th supporting our seasonal recruitment for blue-collar roles. The working time is 30 hours/week.

In this fixed-term role, you’ll be closely involved in coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling and booking candidates, supporting hiring managers, conducting group interviews, and assisting with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team who will help you learn the fundamentals of high-volume recruitment and develop practical HR skills that will benefit your future career. You will be located in Vaarala, Vantaa, where we work mainly on-site.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Our ideal candidate studies HR or management and organizations or similar as major
• A genuine interest in recruitment, HR or people-focused work
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Confidence in communicating with candidates and stakeholders
• A proactive, positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage several tasks at once and keep processes running smoothly
• Fluency in Finnish and English
