Senior Manager, Solutions & Analytics

Are you passionate about digitalisation, analytics, and operational excellence? Fazer Confectionery Finland is looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions & Analytics to drive our analytics and solutions roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of confectionery operations and lead impactful projects in a dynamic, innovative environment.

As Senior Manager, Solutions & Analytics, you will:

• Own the analytics development roadmap
• Execute the digitalisation roadmap in close collaboration with the Head of Business ICT
• Manage and prioritize analytics and solution needs and participate in the development work as a member of the team
• Oversee systems and analytics architecture, documentation, and process development
• Lead a team of two application and business analytics specialists, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Act as a subject matter expert in large, complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve existing systems, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights

In this position you will report to Head of business ICT. The position is permanent and located in Vantaa, where we mainly work onsite.

What you’ll bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of experience of industrial environment
• Strong understanding of data management at an industrial scale and experience designing & implementing BI solutions
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in process improvement frameworks and continuous improvement analytics
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and change management skills
• Strong desire for self-improvement and upskilling in systems/analytics
• A relevant Master’s degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Networks, Business Technology, Logistics, Economics and Business Administration)
• Fluency in English and Finnish
