Manager, Procurement, Raw materials

for Fazer Group Procurement 

We are looking for a Manager, Group Procurement with Fazer Group Procurement Raw materials team. You will be responsible for the procurement activities on Fazer Group level for selected raw material categories. You own and develop the procurement category strategies and annual plans and ensure their implementation. You prioritize and execute activities according to stakeholders’ demand and identified business opportunities. You will be working in close cooperation with stakeholders in different Fazer Business Units and various Fazer Group functions. Your role is to manage Source to Contract, Procurement Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management processes for your categories. You also actively support quality and sustainability work of your categories.

You will be a member of the Fazer’s procurement community, and your location is in Vantaa head office where we work mainly onsite. Occasional travelling is required to successfully manage this position. The positions is a permanent position.

What you will bring to the team?

We are looking for passionate professional who is used to working in an international business setting and who has knowledge and interests towards food categories and raw materials. You are a hard-working individual with curiosity and capability to learn complex topics. Good project management skills and an analytical approach combined with proactive and goal-focused attitude to work are essential. You are a result-driven decision-maker, a loyal co-worker, and a good team player with strong communication skills. Your genuine interest in supporting the business operations of your stakeholders and supplier relationship management skills is helping you to achieve results. We prefer that you have experience in procurement but also consider applicants with experience from other relevant fields with high eagerness to learn.

We hope you have a degree in food science, economics, or technical field. You communicate fluently in English. Finnish and other company languages are seen as an asset.
