As Senior Manager, Finance and Business Control, Candy Business Unit you are responsible of providing a solid and clear understanding of our newly established Candy BU’s current business performance and formulate an outlook of performance within a shorter and longer planning horizon. You have an important role in supporting profitable growth of the BU’s key brands Remix, TuttiFrutti, Tyrkisk Peber and Marianne in the Nordics and on export markets. You manage and develop business controlling, business planning process and performance management according to guidelines and direction by Fazer Confectionery Business Area (BA) F&C and Fazer Group Finance. You are responsible of reliable reporting to enable fact-based decisions making. You are part of the Candy BU management team and together with the BU management you ensure a solid business performance to meet set targets. An important responsibility in this position is also the coordination and development of cross-BU common way of working together with BA finance towards country organisations.

In this role you will report to VP, Finance and Business Control, Confectionery and in matrix Head of Candy Business Unit. The position is permanent fulltime role. We work mainly onsite at our office in Vaarala, Vantaa.

What you'll bring to the team?

We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in business controlling roles and a strong orientation to strategic thinking and development. You understand the business logic and performance management of consumer-goods business. Your strengths include analytical, process-oriented and consistent approach and you have good collaboration and interpersonal skills. You manage well complexity and uncertainty and have an ability to use modern technology and tools (SAP, Cognos). You are proactive, development-oriented and willing to influence at all levels throughout the company regardless of reporting lines. Strong written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English are mandatory in this position, other Nordic languages are considered as an advantage. You have a master’s degree preferably in finance/accounting or industrial engineering.
