In this role, you will have a key position at Commercial Finance as Senior Manager Finance & Business Control for Commercial Unit Finland & Baltics. You are responsible for business controlling and partnering, business planning and performance management in your Commercial Unit. You’ll work as a co-pilot for Head of Commercial Unit driving the sales towards joint targets and challenging the business in a constructive way. You’ll support unit management & KAMs in customer negotiations and business planning with focus in Finland. You are also a manager to Business Controller CU Finland & Baltics. In addition to active collaboration with the commercial team, you’ll work closely with your colleagues in Finance. In this role you’ll report to Director, Finance & Business Controlling, Group Commercial Organisation and in matrix to Vice President, CU Finland & Baltics. We work mainly onsite at our office in Vaarala, Vantaa.

We expect you to have a solid background with a proven track record in business controlling roles, preferably in the FMCG industry. You have a business-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude with a passion for performance. As a positive team player, you will understand the business logic to support sales with proactive analysis for fact-based decisions. Being solution-oriented with a hands-on approach, you will possess good collaboration and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you are a convincing negotiator with good impact and influence skills, able to manage complexity and uncertainty, and proficient in utilizing modern technology and tools (e.g., PowerBI, SAP IBP, Excel). A passion for business development, while not being afraid of routines, is also valued. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish are mandatory for this position. Other company languages are considered a benefit. We expect you to hold a master’s degree in a suitable field e.g., business, finance, economics, or similar.
