As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team by ensuring that our HR processes and operations run as smoothly as possible. In this role, you will support the business in various HR-administrative and HR-operational tasks, ensuring efficient and qualitative execution of HR processes by contributing to continuous improvement and consistent delivery. This role involves e.g. employee records/agreements management, responsibility for payroll administration towards external payroll supplier as well as assisting with HR policies and compliance. You will get the chance to be involved in different and exciting HR-related projects that will truly elevate the whole business further.

What will you bring to the team?

• 1-3 years of experience in HR administrative/generalist roles or similar
• Previous experience in Retail and staffing/scheduling is meriting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Language skills – excellent Swedish and English
• Strong and efficient communicator
