Brand Manager, Fazer Confectionery

Join as a Brand Manager for Tyrkisk Peber at Fazer Confectionery

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Candy business unit. You will be responsible for marketing initiatives for Tyrkisk Peber and other liquorice candy, as well as the pastille and chewing gum categories.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category and brand growth strategies
• Working closely with commercial units, local marketing teams and product development
• Manage portfolio strategy, product pipeline and its competitiveness
• Lead consumer and customer insights development
• Create annual marketing plans and campaigns
• Manage brand budgets and deliver high-quality sales materials

The role is a full-time permanent position, located in Vantaa, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Marketing Director, Candy BU. We work mainly onsite.

What you'll bring to the team:

• 3-5 years of experience in international category, portfolio and brand management
• Proven track record of recent international go-to-market projects and building commercial brand concepts on new markets
• Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Passion for category and brand building. Experience in FMCG or similar businesses with own production is an added value
• Analytical skills and ability to use data for business opportunities
• Excellent people skills and strong organizing and planning skills
• Confidence in communication and strong networking skills
• Fluency in English and a Nordic language, and a degree in marketing or business administration.
